The Maximum Number of Buses

At the beginning of the game, each player only has one bus. Later, players may buy new buses. The largest number of buses owned by one player determines the maximum number of buses. The higher that number is, the more passengers, line expansions, and buildings can be brought into play.

The player who placed first in the Line Expansion, Passengers, and Buildings actions (in the A space) must perform the action up to the maximum number of buses. The next player (in the B space) must perform one number less, etc. For example, one player owns five buses. The first player builds four, etc. Note that building actions occur in a different order than the order in which they were chosen!
